In accordance with Florida Law, monthly meetings of the Board and its Committees are published to the "Members" of the Association. The Master Association governing documents define a "Member" as a village association. Each village Board of Directors appoints or elects a Representative to the Master Association. It is this individual who "represents" the interests of his/her community to the Master Association Board of Directors. Residents should contact their Village Representative if they wish to share information with the Board.
Usually the Board of Directors meets on the third Wednesday of the month, year-round, beginning at 3 p.m. The Board meets after all Committees have held their monthly meeting and hears reports from the Chairmen. Committees serve solely to review matters within their purview and make recommendations to the Board. Only the Board of Directors is empowered to take action and establish policies for the Association.
