Village Representatives
Village Representatives are appointed or elected by the Boards of the 56 “Members” of the Association, including the Country Club. They serve until their successors are appointed or elected. Representatives are entitled to attend all Committee and Board meetings.
In addition, three times each year, a “Member’s Meeting” is held, including an annual meeting each March. At these meetings, Representatives learn of the happenings in the Association and elect Board members. Their consent is required for capital projects proposed by the Board that exceed a yearly set dollar amount. Their consent is also required to amend the By-Laws, Articles of Incorporation or Maintenance Covenants.
