Amended Declaration of Maintenance Covenants
These are the rules by which property owners must comply with and are also guidelines to assist the Board in managing the association. The Maintenance Covenants contain specific information regarding dues and fees, the obligation of the association for maintenance of the common area, the use of community facilities and services, as well as restrictions on future property development or remodeling.
Amendment to the Amended and Restated Bylaws
The Bylaws are the formal rule book for the administration and day-to-day management of the association. The Bylaws lay out the specific powers and duties of the association, its officers and directors. It also includes notice and quorum requirements for meetings of the association (Regular, Annual, and Board meetings), voting rights and procedures for the election or removal of Board members.
Amended and Restated Articles of Incorporation
The Articles of Incorporation bring the corporation into existence, define the fundamental purpose and powers of the Association, and identify the initial Board of Directors.
