As of October 1, 2021, the Boca West Master Association (“BWMA”) will no longer require residents to provide evidence of liability insurance covering them when driving their privately owned golf carts and residents will no longer be required to obtain from the BWMA’s Security Office an annual insurance sticker evidencing such insurance coverage. While providing evidence of liability insurance coverage applicable when driving a privately owned golf cart is recommended, providing evidence of such coverage is no longer a requirement of the BWMA. However, when a resident purchases or otherwise acquires a new or used golf cart, they are required to visit the BWMA Security Office in order to register their golf cart and have affixed to it a sticker evidencing such registration with the BWMA.

We have signed a cable contract with Hotwire Communications. The decision to select Hotwire was based on their providing:
- Leading edge technology, new equipment and fiber optic cable will be installed to all residences.
- Full time office staff and technician support on site at the Boca West Master Association.
- Two best value / cost packages from which the villages can choose.
Hotwire began the infrastructure work in August 2016 to insure a seamless transition of service.

Garbage Collection Service: Solid Waste Authority (SWA)
Palm Beach County signed a contract with SWA to service Boca Raton effective October 1, 2019.
