Mission Statement
The Boca West Master Association’s (BWMA) primary goal is to provide excellent service in all phases of our operation. This includes providing security officers to patrol the grounds and screen guests, sheriff’s deputies to enforce the law, state certified paramedics to respond to medical emergencies, trained personnel to care for the lush landscaping, accounting and administrative personnel to run an efficient business office and managers who keep employees focused on their job responsibilities. Therefore, new employees are rigorously trained before allowing them to perform their tasks.
Management frequently receives written and oral communications from residents attesting to the success of our endeavors. At the end of the day, the staff of BWMA is rewarded with a feeling of accomplishment in knowing that their efforts are well recognized and appreciated.
