Arbor Lake Villas
Arbor Lake, 46 units, is located on Palmer 1 and is conveniently within walking distance of the main clubhouse. The residences boast two master-sized bedrooms and two baths. Each residence has an inviting, open living room that is spacious and bright. Courtside has its own community pool.
Baywood
Baywood is comprised of 71 attached luxury Meditteranean style townhomes on Dye IV. Each has a double car garage and a golf cart garage in some homes, and a private pool. The open, bright floor plans offer vaulted ceilings and skylights and sliding glass or French doors. There are golf, water, or tropical views. There are one or two-story residences. One section of Baywood has three bedrooms. The other section of Baywood boasts the master bedroom on the main level with three additonal bedrooms and two baths on the second level.
Bridgewood
Bridgewood has more open space than any other Boca West condominium association including two private lakes and a mile-long biking and walking path that winds through the village.
Bridgewood offers every owner golf cart parking. A covered shed holds 15 golf carts for owners in the Midrises, while lower Townhouse and Villa owners can have their own private golf cart spaces at their homes.
The newly remodeled and modernized Bridgewood Office is staffed every work day from 8-12:00 and 1-4:30 daily by licensed Property Manager Carol Meyer, Jr., a maintenance staff of three, a financial clerk and an administrative assistant.
Bridgewood’s attractive Recreation Center can accommodate up to 60 persons for private parties exclusively for Bridgewood residents. The Center has a full kitchen and caterers are welcome. Our members have celebrated family affairs such as engagements, birthday parties, and other events.
Bridgewood is within walking distance of the Fitness Center, MyPi, Splash Bar and the Pool as well as the Tennis and Pickleball Courts.
Bridgewood is made up of 6 separate condominium associations of 371 units as well as a Master Association that coordinates the financial and legal operations of the Village. Midrise I has 114 units in three buildings. Midrise II has 76 units in two buildings. Townhouse I has 76 units, TH II, 42 units, and TH III 43 units.
The Villas surrounding our famous old giant Ficus tree offer 20 two bedroom, two bath units with covered car ports and golf cart parking and lovely golf course or lake views.
Midrise units are 2 bedroom 2 baths with most offering spectacular golf course and/or lake views.
Townhouses offer several options with beautiful views: Ground floor two bedroom two bath units. Ground floor three bedroom three bath units with one room serving as a ground floor bedroom or den. Two story three bedroom units with a large kitchen, living/dining room and half bath down and 2 bedrooms 2 baths upstairs. A third option is a second floor two bedroom, two bath unit.
Brookwood
Brookwood is a community of garden apartments made up of two-story buildings with lower and upper residences with two bedrooms and two baths, open inviting bright spaces, eat-in-kitchens and screened terraces. Brookwood has 44 units located on Palmer 1 and has its own community pool.
Cedar Glen
Fifty elegantly designed single-family patio homes offered in one story or two. This charming village offers a variety of floor plans, each with three or four bedrooms, private pools, Spanish tile roofs and double-car garages. Serene vistas of golf course fairways (Dye IV), water and open space abound from beautiful residences in Cedar Glen.
Cedarwood

The Midrise Associations are part of the larger Village of Lakewood Association.
The other part of the Village of Lakewood Association are the Garden Condominiums. They are 2 Story buildings with a downstairs unit and an upstairs unit. There are 3 different Associations for the Garden Condominiums.
