The Board of Directors usually meets on the fourth Wednesday of the month, year-round. The Board meets after all Committees have held their monthly meetings the third week of the month and hears reports from each Committee Chair. Committees serve solely to review matters within their purview and make recommendations to the Board. Only the Board of Directors is empowered to take action and establish policies for the Association.

In accordance with Florida Law, monthly meetings of the Board and its Committees are published to the “Members” of the Association. The Master Association’s governing documents define a “Member” as a village association. Each village Board of Directors appoints or elects two Representatives to the Master Association. These individuals represent the interests of their community to the Master Association Board of Directors. Residents should contact their Village Representative if they wish to share information with the Board.

The Board of Directors and the Committees meet on a monthly basis.
